Terms of Service

Last updated 5 August 2026. Short, because short is honest.

These terms govern your use of HiVPN, operated by HiVPN sp. z o.o., ul. Wielicka 28, 30-552 Kraków, Poland. By using the service you accept them. The five day trial exists so you can decide before paying anything.

1. What the service is

You receive a VLESS configuration key, delivered through our Telegram bot, which you paste into a third-party client such as v2rayNG, Hiddify, Streisand, V2Box or NekoRay. We do not publish our own application. Those clients are made by other developers under their own licences and terms, and we are not responsible for them.

2. Do I need an account?

No. There is no registration, no email and no password. Your key is your credential, which is why you must keep it private.

3. If you share or lose your key

Anyone holding your key can use your connection within its device limit. If you lose it or believe it has leaked, message support and we will issue a replacement at no cost while your plan is active. We are not liable for consequences of a key you shared yourself.

4. Payment, renewal and refunds

  • All plans are paid once, upfront, in Indian rupees.
  • Nothing renews automatically. We store no card details and cannot charge you again on our own initiative.
  • When a plan ends, the key stops working until you top it up.
  • We do not issue refunds after payment. The five free days, with no card required, are the substitute for a refund policy, and we prefer to say so plainly rather than bury conditions in fine print.

5. Age

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service, or older if the law where you live requires it.

6. Prohibited use

  • Sending spam, running mass port scanning, or attacking other systems through our servers.
  • Distributing material that is illegal in your jurisdiction, including material that infringes copyright.
  • Accessing gambling or prediction-market platforms restricted by the Indian regulator.
  • Reselling the key or exceeding the device limit of your plan.
  • Any activity that gets our address ranges blacklisted and so degrades the service for other users.

Keys used for the above are terminated without refund. This is not a formality: one abusive user can get an entire server range blocked.

7. Fair use

There is no data cap and no speed limit on any plan. We do reserve the right to act if a single key generates traffic so far beyond normal use that it degrades the network for others, and in that case we contact you before doing anything.

8. Availability and warranties

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running continuously, but no provider can guarantee an uninterrupted connection, and during a full internet shutdown in your region there is nothing for a VPN to work with. We do not warrant that the service will make any specific application or website accessible.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time; there is nothing to cancel, because nothing renews. We may suspend a key that breaches section 6, and where circumstances allow we will tell you why.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Poland, where the company is registered. Mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence are not affected.

12. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms; the date at the top shows the last revision, and material changes are announced in our Telegram channel. Questions go to [email protected] or to https://t.me/hivpn_in_bot.
